2. Scope
This website provides information about DTNK and IT services. It does not use analytics, advertising, external font services, maps, embedded videos or social-media widgets. There is no user account or online ordering facility. Submitting the contact form sends your enquiry to DTNK; it does not make a binding booking.
3. Website delivery
The technical infrastructure processes your IP address, request time, requested page, HTTP status, transferred data volume, browser and operating system information, and the referring page where supplied by your browser. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, provides website delivery and protection. Processing serves our legitimate interest in secure, stable website operation and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data is processed only as long as required for these purposes.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare provides a Data Processing Addendum including safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
5. Settings and abuse prevention
No language or colour preferences are stored. Language is selected through the page URL. IP addresses are temporarily used to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam. No tracking cookies are set for this purpose. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Contact by form or email
We process your name, optional company, email address, selected topic, message and any preferred appointment time to handle your enquiry. For pre-contractual or contractual requests, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Form entries are sent over an encrypted connection through Cloudflare to the delivery service on Hetzner infrastructure, then emailed to info@dtnk-it.de. Your email is used as the reply address. Email infrastructure is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Messages are deleted after the matter is concluded unless an ongoing business relationship or statutory retention requirement applies. Business correspondence may be retained longer where legally required. Do not include passwords or confidential customer information.
7. Recipients
Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry or operate the website securely, and the service providers identified here. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) for reasons relating to your situation (Article 21). Consent can be withdrawn prospectively.
