Know what you are sharing
Before entering business data into an AI service, check the approved use, provider terms and internal rules. Customer information, credentials and confidential material should not be shared without an appropriate basis and authorisation.
Define responsible workflows
Choose concrete tasks and decide who reviews the output. Generated answers can contain errors. Human review should reflect the impact of the decision, especially where the result affects customers or important business processes.
Start with a controlled introduction
